Im sooo happy they went with Sailor Moon, it was the first anime I ever watched and I borrowed it from the library so much that the VHS tape wore out and they had to get another one.

Oh man, I watched this video years ago when it came out, and since then I've kinda slowly stopped watching Buzzfeed and The Try Guys- but I guess I just felt like catching up with these guys again, so here I am!
Back then, this miniseries was my favorite thing of theirs, and somehow, five years later, I only enjoy it more! Watching this again now, I was able to recognize and appreciate so many more cosplays, and it's just really cool to see how much more acquainted with anime and the Japanese culture in general I've gotten since then!
Okay but Usagi is Japanese. Her name is Usagi Tsukino, and she lives in Tokyo and goes to a Japanese junior high and is Japanese.
lyadmilo Usagi is also Japanese for Rabbit.
Her name actually directly translates to Moon's Rabbit since in Japan surnames are before first names.
I hope they have that conversation Eugene touched on.
