Yeah there’s 3 parts to the skin, you have to first get kills with specific weapons at first, I think Fara, RPD and AK74U I know for sure. Then another challenge in 5 kills without dying in multiplayer (getting the medal in zombies didn’t work for me) and then that 30,000 point etc.

If you haven’t figured it out yet there are four different objectives to complete before you unlock the dark ether skin
You actually need a weaver skin to access the bundle, if u don’t have him, u can’t get it

That challenge for the purple version of the skin is part of a 4 challenge set and its the 3rd challenge, so you can't do it yet until you do the other 2 challenges.
If you pair this with the zombie excecution, it'd be like a disciple sending a zombie to attack u in game. That would be so cool. And if u pair the other Ultra Weaver skin with the Klaus excecution it'd be like Weaver getting Klaus to excecute a zombie. Or who knows,maybe even a disiple.

Weaver is a purchasable operator only if you've never purchased one of his operator skins you don't have the option to look at skins therefore still no access to this bundle
