- Swaik Lake is a lake 10 km from the Tehsil Kallar Kahar, Chakwal District and 30 kilometers southwest of Chakwal along the motorway. It is a popular tourist attraction and offers opportunities for swimming and diving.

Madam it is Swaik lake. Swaik is the name of Special Services wing (SSG) of Pakistan airforce which is also located in Kalarkahar. They were the first people who discovered this lake in 2004

Kalar Kahar is 1 1/2 hours from Islamabad , as you head towards Lahore go past Chakwal you'll see signs for Kalar Kahar. There quite a few places you can visit in that area, there's Katas Raj the famous Hindu ruins dating back to 300 hundred years BC, from there you go on to the Kewrah Salt Mines passing through the beautiful Kahon Vally. I live in Britain but every time go to Pakistan I have to visit theses places.

There are so many misconcepts about this lake that are following:
1. Its name is not swaik lake , i found its name “ Khandoa Lake” by the locals.
2. You have present its route as easy but its very adventorous.
3. Its not for families but just for male adults.
Because it's situated in siwalick hills... so that's called swaik lake
