But they could make a Battlemaster size Megatron. That could have a fairly accurate gun and robot mode (and even have the arm mounted fusion canon), and be wielded by most modern TFs. And it is going to a long time before we can make guns that size that are actually dangerous in real life.
perhaps, but maybe they could just mold it in orange plastic so it's pretty obvious that it's a toy and just let collectors custom mod it with silver paint

This set shouldn't have been necessary. Roller and the axe should have already been included in Earthrise Optimus. Studio series Prime has a trailer loaded to the gills with accessories for the same price point. It's also a full blown transformer itself, as opposed to the ER trailer that just opens up.

Got this bugger from Hobby Korner couple of weeks ago. As I didn’t have Brunt I felt wins all around for this pack with the nifty weaponizer plus all the extra weapons that can go to the characters I do have. My Optimus, Megatron, Sideswipe and Ironhide look so much better now.
Damn, this set is pretty good! Sure some of the items aren’t painted, and I see your point and I agree! However that does not mean they went good, no far from it. I think this set definitely completes the figures for now, and I have a feeling for the first time since the 80’s MEGATRON IS COMING BACK!
Centurion set and the Nonneff accessory set is not an apple to apple comparison, but worthy of consideration. The Nonneff set has a roller and parts to beef up the trailer. The centurion set has roller but is like better value bc you get a complete figure.
yeah, i suppose, hopefully hasbro finds a way to get out of the "toy gun" dilemma... i mean they could do a space gun megatron, where if you remove the accessories, the base gun could look like a walther but not really. i mean they can even paint the entire barrel of the gun orange so people wouldn't mistake it as real
I lost the mini Optimus already. My kids were hovering over me while I was opening it and I was not paying close enough attention. My energon ace was a bit tight in Optimus’ hand and the gun is definitely too big but that and the lack of paint are my only gripes about the set itself. I am disappointed we have to buy a separate figure just to get the accessories that should have come with the figures initially, but oh well at least we got them.

Awesome review on the Centurion Drone and Weaponizer Pack from Generations Selects -The shiny sliver Brunt repaint as the Centurion Drone looks great. And the pegs being tighter is great news. -The Weapons for the Autobots and Decepticons look great. But I wish that they were painted. Also nice work with the photo references for each accessories.

Hey so I have a question. First of all. Great review. I received this today and I’m pretty happy with all of it. One problem. I put megatrons energon mace in and now it doesn’t wanna move out. It’s literally stuck in there. Any tips for removing this thing without it doing a Grapple on me??☹️
Personally, I would prefeer a more accurate shoulder missile for Hound (instead that oversized Prime´s blaster) and a white cannon for Megatron´s back too. But even so this set is amazing!!! I wish I can get this set some day (if EvilBay lets me find an affordable one) Great video as always, Chef! :D

Yeah, there's no need for that abysmal Earthrise Megatron. Siege Megs can just cruise all the way through to Kingdom, where he'll apparently become Galvatron (since the listing leaks thus far see Earthrise Optimus Prime being repacked for Kingdom the same way Siege Astrotrain was repacked for Earthrise). I will agree that these accessories could've and would've benefited from some paint. Aside from how difficult it is to get the set, that's really the only flaw to it.

You already know my opinion, there shouldn't be need for such set to exist in the first place :). It's ok when 3rd party companies "fix:" what Hasbro got "wrong", but Hasbro fixing their own "errors" and making customers pay for these fixes feels wrong. They should have painted at least Ironhide's drill, Shockwave, Reflector and maybe jetpack. Why they didn't do that but painted roller (instead using blue plastic) and Prime's gun (!)... Makes no sense to me. They could easily get rid of that smoked black barely transparent plastic - make cage out of grey plastic and paint Roller's wheels. But hey, it's the company which gave Reveal the Shield Wreck-Gar light piping and painted his eyes using non-transparent red paint...

Roller should be slightly bigger, and Primes Blaster should be slightly smaller. Dammit Hasbro
