Chicken maharani

1/2 cup oil
2 medium size chicken curry pieces
2 medium onion chopped
2 bay leaves
1 and 1/2 tablespoons
ginger and garlic Paste
15 cashews
10-15 almonds
3-4 green chilies
1/2 cup of yogurt
Bland them and mix them
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 tablespoons funnel seeds
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2-3 red chilies
Black cardamoms 2
4-5 green cardamoms
Black peppers seeds 6-7
5-6 cloves
Roast them and grind them
2-3 green chilies
1/2 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves
2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
1/2 teaspoon gram masala powder
