Cyberpunk 2077 - Thanks for all the updates, CD Projekt Red!

Tried to get through the crossing to revisit the starting town from the nomad life beginning. Paused the game to go and do something, unpaused when I came back, and I was immediately greeted with this which required a save file restart.
