Coming from an assistant Attorney file that claim, take her to the hospital, take her to therapy, take her to a chiropractic. I know this is far fetched but she could have brain damage especially if she doesn’t remember some bits and pieces, and some people don’t start feeling the symptoms days and even weeks later. i’m so happy that’s she’s okay and i wanted to let you know that i was in an accident 4 days before Christmas because i made a left turn where i wasn’t supposed to and someone hit the front of my jeep (thank god i didn’t pull out into the intersection any further bc the drivers door would’ve been hit), and my parents were working in the city that day so they couldn’t even come help me and thank gosh it wasn’t worse and i wasn’t injured bc the car was drivable (barely- i couldn’t make right turns) and there was a mom there who helped me out and i still don’t have my car back but i should have it back tomorrow so she’s not alone.
I’m glad everyone is okay but why is this girls FIRST CAR a Tesla? Bruh everyone in my family’s first car was a used car. Literally because 1, you learn to appreciate it and 2, because if you get in a wreck it’s just a used car.

This is why you never go when someone waves you on before making sure everything is clear. Happens way to often when someone is trying to be nice waving someone on when there is something happening they aren’t paying attention too
When it come to insurance. I always thought that if it cost more to fix the car than what the actual value of the car is. They would determine it is a total loss. With a Tesla. I can see to fix that car. It would more than likely be the amount that would be the cost of a brand new car. Just glad Allison didn't get hurt.

The accident was not her fault. New driver has nothing to do with it…if you watched the video…the police only gave the other driver a ticket for failing to yield…and besides it doesn’t matter if you’re a new driver or have been driving for decades accidents happen..you can literally pull out your driveway or a parking space and get into accident or go over a puddle of water, you’re tires lose traction, hydroplane and lose control.
I don't think the type of car matters, she got in a crash but it wasn't her fault.

I had an accident about 9 years ago and i was hit in the front and it was the driver in the other cars fault for failing to yield the right of way. My car was a total loss as well. So i know how it feels. Glad Allison is ok.

I’m glad she’s ok. Allison should have seen a doctor after the accident it’s possible her adrenaline was just high so that’s why she couldn’t remember but it could have been something much worse. Accidents are dangerous you may think you’re ok but could be bleeding internally without knowing. Thank god you’re ok. ❤cars are replaceable but you are not. I can’t imagine how scared you were. You can see it in the beginning when you got home it’s almost like ptsd.

The car is a lost since the airbags got deployed it’s not fixable if they try to fix it the airbags won’t work the same as it used to so that’s why they call it a total loss it will be a waste of time to fix it and the airbags won’t work as well

i hope ali is ok. i got in an accident three months ago and it’s still traumatic. my friend was going 160 into the back of a truck. i had the same problem with waking up in the car and everything was happening super fast. i don’t remember how long i was in the car for i even saw my bf go through the windshield. i hope you’re ok and recover quickly. but remember that the car is replaceable and you aren’t. ❤
