Ooglies - Cow Lick - toy from 1999

Ooglies Cowlick from 1999 . This is funny. I bought this at a yard sale because it was ugly. Had no idea what it was until I put batteries in it.

I remember when I was little I had two of these but the only bad thing was one time it started going nuts on me and I got scared it literally started going berserk like if you tickle the feet too many times.
