Gucci Gorgeous Orchid is beautiful but I wish I waited on the bottle upgrade because it gives me a very tropical creamy banana sunscreen, best for high summer or vacation and I’m not in that headspace anymore haha. Just my opinion, stay gold Sharida!
Edit: Afternoon Delight by Replica is everything I want in a demure vanilla. If this doesn’t get stronger I’m gonna scream, can’t wait to hear your thoughts

Mon Guerlain for sure I don’t empty and keep backups of anything except for her!!! So good!!! Black Opium Illicit Green is good one, Mugler Alien Elixir, Estee’ Lauder Infinite Sky is recently discontinued but it’s a love for me an amazing peppered vanilla

I absolutely LOVE the Gucci Gorgeous Flora Orchid! I bought a full 100 ml the same day I smelled it. There’s some magical undertones in it that are hard to explain. It’s a scent that evokes feelings of excitement for me.
I get a bit of a banana laffy taffy opening but it dries down to more of a soft, airy vanilla. It’s earned a spot in my top 5, I like it that much!
I bought it exactly the same and my thoughts are the same! It’s beautiful and I do get the banana laffy taffy too I love it 🥰
Blind bought Vanilla Bourbon also, it was not anything special so i will be returning !
Mine may be going back. I loved the opening...then liked the dry down. Now it seems like I like it less and less with every wear!
The new Gucci Flora is bomb. I ended up purchasing it at Duty Free traveling back home from a conference for work. It's a banger. Period.

Finally I put it on my skin to try and I got something banana flower or something and I left the store to make sure nothing weird came through, and it came through amazing..your description was really nice point ! That’s what I had come through…I am on my way back to buy a full bottle. Even the associate said that smells amazing on “your” skin…O think it is a fragrance everyone needs to try on their own skin! ❤❤

I got the travel size of Gucci gorgeous orchid and have really enjoyed it as well. I definitely get the warm banana flower essence and am not mad about it! Girly, spring summer light vanilla that leans slightly floral & creamy banana
Wearing Burberry Goddess OG today. Own three on your list. Mon Guerlain was my first purchase when I started down the fragrance trail. Also added the Black Opium Le Parfum shortly after its release. Have several Vanilla mists, too. VS Bare Vanilla is my favorite bedtime scent. Obviously, vanilla is my favorite note. Thanks for your review.

I liked Nest VB right away because I love a vanilla bourbon profile but it doesn’t smell the way I expected to. Gucci Flora is probably the first fragrance from this line that I like. It’s a beautiful fragrance I keep sampling whenever I’m in a Sephora but I’m not sure it’s a love for me yet. Burberry Goddess is a forever love. ❤️
I love vanilla in my fragrances as long as they are different from each other👌👌. I prefer Mon Guerlain Intense as opposed to the OG😍😍. My stepdaughter has just come back France and she gifted me a 30ml of Flora Orchid and let me tell you it was love at first sniff💛💛. I will upgrade to a big bottle when it hits our shores💛💛. Stay gorgeous 🥰🥰

I am living for this Vanilla moment but I am cautious because not all of these Vanillas are created equally. I need to be wowed right now by these vanillas. I am looking forward to getting my nose on Afternoon Delight And Heavy Cream. Creed is also coming out soon with one. I also want to get my nose on one called CLIFTON by Adamo Perfumes, it sounds delicious. The only designer Vanillas I have TBH are Black Opium Le Parfum and Tresor La Nuit Nude both are beautifully done, I also want to get me a bottle of DK Cashmere and Palo Santo.

I love Gucci gorgeous orchid! It was a love at first sniff for me. It does not really last on me but I still love it and I will be getting a full bottle. Black Opium Le Parfum is my all-time favorite designer vanilla perfume! I am on my second botlle.
I have the new Gucci…and it is so pretty. And I was excited to enjoy a Gucci Flora for a change so I grabbed it immediately.
I do think it is light and I get banana a smidge…But after I got over the hype of finally enjoying a Gucci fragrance, it was just a basic vanilla for me.
Now Mon Guerlain…it makes me sad because everyone loves it…and I love some Guerlain fragrances, but Mon Guerlain smells….older to me
I really miss Nirvana Bourbon by Elizabeth & James. It was such a good warm, ambery vanilla that I loved. I can’t wait smell Afernoon Delight
I feel the same exact way about Nest Bourbon Vanilla. It reminds me a bit of Sensual Amber by Bath and Body works. I like it, but I thought I would love it, so it's a bit of a bummer.
So would you say The Nest fragrance would flourish better in the colder weather? And it sounds like it could be unisex. 🤔
For sure a fall/winter scent to me. The bourbon is REALLY bourboning lol. I am not sure about it. I like it less everytime I wear it.
I really liked the new Gucci flora. I tested in store and was very impressed. I didn't get it because of the price. I'm waiting for it to go down a little. I was wondering what was that note that made it so special. Now i know it's the banana flower

whoever said citrus opening for gucci blooming orchid LIIIIIED 😭 jk jk, but really it’s such a beautiful, beautiful scent! subtle vanilla, primarily floral but i can’t deny that vanilla and the very slight banana is there on my skin. after about an hour, the vanilla is very prominent on my skin, but not a deep dark vanilla extract vanilla which i appreciate! it’s just very light and pretty 🥰

I haven’t owned a Gucci since the old EDP, with the little dangly thing! Long, long ago, probably 2006. Actually I did have Bamboo but I really wasn’t about it. I don’t even know why I bought it; I think it was the bottle with the little bamboo lid that I just “had” to have-so cute but I rarely wore it. But yeah, Gorgeous Orchid is just TOO DAMN GOOD. Perfection from a house I wrote off, despite liking Gucci in general!
My fave is BO le parfum ❤❤❤❤

Burberry Goddess is a refillable :) Don’t bother buying the bigger bottle: keep the small one for convenience / travel and refill away! :)
I am rouge now, I used to be more of an ulta shopper but for about a year or more, I am predominantly a Sephora shopper. I always find something I love, especially cream blushes🥰 with free shipping , I am diamond status at ulta and still don’t get free shipping on all orders 🤔

Funny I’m just the opposite Rouge at Sephora & Diamond at Ulta but feel you get SO MUCH MORE from Ulta. I have mega cash in my account in no time there plus they give away fantastic products like full size & all kinds of gift sets full of the rewards size products. Hi Sharida. What are your thoughts on Deck of Scarlet fragrances? I recently picked up I’m Expensive and it’s so yummy! Not the best longevity (yet), but a great vanilla scent . Think, Bianco Latte “Light”.

I don’t know why but the new gucci smell like B&BW fresh vanilla blossom on me.
So.... Vanilla Bourbon was soooo confusing to me. I tried it on and gave it a good wear on the store. Once it hit my skin, all I smelled was that Jasmine floral note. It was a little creamy but I didn't get vanilla or anything boozy at all. It was an okay scent but not compelling to purchase... not even a travel size. Just not memorable.
I agree... goddess intense is a hard pass. Not even close to a yes. Cloying on steroids.
The Gucci one you are loving just feels basic to me. I didn't smell banana in it. Tried it on in Japan and it just felt basic. Glad it works for you though.

No mention of Kayali Vanilla 28?!!?!? Also you were holding mon guerlain intense which is richer and more vanilla but only mentioned the original and then the up close shot you showed was the original. The intense has more vanilla and smells richer and almost white chocolate esc.
I realized I grabbed the wrong bottle when editing 😅. Why there is the correct one on the tray shot. I do love Vanilla 28, holy grail vanilla for sure.
