Such a striking figure. I was never a huge shadow weaver fan as a kid, but this figure, especially with the pose-ability and the soft goods is honestly a must have for me now. Thanks for always staying ahead of the curve with these figure reviews!

She looks awesome and I love the extra flexibility of the soft goods sleeves and I love how the stand and her legless lower half have a bit more posability than usual (5:51 that pose looks very dramatic for a Shadow Weaver figure. I love it) . :)
Bat-Lyn and Roboto have only just started appearing here in UK. I got them yesterday but had to send Roboto back for a replacement as he had an ugly dent in his leg. He was awesome other than that though and I look forward to getting a non-faulty one and playing about with it. Bat-Lyn is just gorgeous and I got real clean paint apps on mine so I'm very happy with her. I've managed to order Stratos but he's due in a few weeks. Haven't seen Frosta or Two-Bad yet for order or movie He-Man (which looks fantastic with the HordakMX head) or movie Skeletor yet. But yeah Shadow Weaver here looks fantastic. Still no sign of Hordak here though (She-Ra and Catra came out in September)

Wow, no Hordak there yet? That's so strange! Bummer. Sorry. Your broken Roboto is a bummer too. So glad you're seeing Wave 7 there though so soon including that amazing Evil-Lyn 2.0. And I love that you call her Bat-Lyn. Another name to add to that ever-growing list! 😄
@@foreterniaofficial Oh yeah, Bat-Lyn has been one of her fan-names since that outfit was first revealed. I know the Powerhouse character model sheet states 'SkeleSorceress' but that's a bit of a mouthful. And I don't like Skeletor being part of her name (although I know this sexy look is put on her by him because that's how he sees her, to him she is his property, an object for his own needs) so yeah I dunno, Bat-Lyn is just easier. :P I wish the box didn't just state 'Evil-Lyn' cos that can get confusing for retailers a bit too. I tend to refer to the two Teela figures as Merc-Teela and Captain-Teela (you can figure out which is which :D).
I like the extra hidden articulation she has!

I just have one issue with it….it’s as if her butt is on the front. I don’t understand why they made her puffy there. None of the previous shadow weavers have that “frontal butt”. 😮
While I have never quite heard it described that way before 😀, in the Filmation series it sometimes would hang in a bell shape, but I can also understand the criticism especially when compared to the figures that came before it. 🙂
The art work is wonderful, but the figure ate a Cannon Ball.
That outward curvature actually occurs below her stomach 🙂 and is part of the outfit, but I can get some thinking it's awkward. Thanks for watching!
