Ingenious. I tried it on and cooked it on the stove. Came out perfect
Am amazed this shows how our women's are the inventors of how to prepare various foods
I'm Senegalese and we don't eat fufu, but I learned how to make it without pounding. I love many Ghana dishes and found the time to learn how to make my Ghana foods.
Same here love Ghanaian food!thanks to youtube am able to make delicious dishes for huby! #Zambian
Since when, because I've never heard this. I know alot of west Africans dont like fufu. Im Senegalese also and my whole family and friends eat fufu. Im here for my Ghanaian husband, i want to learn the Ghanaian way.
Wow dear sister God bless you thank you for sharing this amazing idea to as thank you so much
Yesssssss sis, this is the best way to make fufu! The powder tends to have multi-color streaks in it sometimes like red, green, even pink and its scary to put something so obviously synthetic in our bodies!! Thanks love!
Nanaaba's Kitchen
thank you very much my sister and that's true all these coloring they add it in the powder Fufu is ridiculous.
@@Obaapasrecipes Tropiway are now proudly advertising that they're 'free from artificial colouring'. I guess enough people were dubious and put off and the company listened to this unflattering feedback and made improvements. Good!
Wow so simple and fast it's a gift to black especially being a Ghanaian♥️♥️🇬🇭♥️👌🏿👍🏿🇬🇭🇬🇭👆🏿👍🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
I'm indian i like fufu i want to try this .look very tasty.
Hellooooo Obaapa I tried your method this afternoon and it worked perfect and even better than natural way. Thanks so much for this video
Eiiii and I haven't been eating FuFu two years now thank you am going to prepare some.
Thanks for sharing Obaapa, fresh plantain and cassava are the healthiest way to eat fufu, powdered fufu is mixed with color or chemical , will definitely try it AAA plus for you!!
Hmmmmmm, now I can eat more fufuo with no crazy powder, thanks MY OBAA PA
wow! Thank you, no more powdered fufu 👍🏽
Sis, I just tried the fufu for the first time and turned out perfect. I had it with light soup, with some dry meat , dry fish, beef and mushrooms. Just like Ghana fufu. No more buying of fufu powder.
Thank you Obaapa, no more powder for me.
This is the authentic fufu I know, the difference is, this is quick and easy to do. Not the "Work Out" one.

I love. Obaapa. Kitchen. Cooking 🍳 food for dinner at my moms birthday party at my house 🏡
Sista! Try cooking on stove instead of nuking the goodness (B17) out of the cassava by microwaving!
Raymond Rugemalira how long would you need to cook it on the stove? I don't have a microwave.
@Raymond, microwave or stove is not the issue for the B17, its the heat. Both creates heat.
@@frankfrank380 microwaves definitely kill the nutrients of the food. The rapid heat and radiation is definitely unhealthy and over time contributes to health issues
Wooow nice one

Me too

Whatever you do, DON'T follow Emmy's 'small batch easy kimchi' tutorial. It's terrible and you will fail yourself, wasting your time and money. Plus you'll be disappointed when you go to taste it. It's a famously bad recipe. Go for Helen's at Modern Pepper if you're ever wanting to make a smaller batch of kimchi. And of course, Maangchi's original recipe. I combine both their advice and have nailed the technique now. Good luck in YOUR kitchen, whatever you experiment with this coming winter.
