When you watch crims form plans versus cops forming plans, the cops sound like they eat crayons
alot of that is PD has to follow laws and make sure everything they do is within SOPs, they cant initiate fights, have to value others lives, and wont get them sued, or poison apple their arrests from it. vs crims can do whatever they feel like
