Hi, Doctor my gynecologist suggest that I have a preventative cerclage in my next pregnancy around 3 months pregnant. Do I still need bed rest after preventative cerclage. I'm asking so that I may save up just in case I need bed rest after the procedure. I'm not pregnant yet but I'm trying to do my research. My last pregnancy was 26 weeks and baby was in NICU for one week but passed away due to premature complications. Kind regards, Ivy

Doc nag spotting ako during my 5th month of pregnancy and pumunta ako agad sa hospital and OB Clinic pero lahat ng test na ginawa sakin ay normal ang result, nag pelvic ultrasound din ako safe si baby and normal lahat, Cervix is not dilated. Pero hindi nila maexplain ng maayos sakin saan nanggaling yung konting dugo na lumabas sa pwerta ko.
Hi doc 9weeks pregnant and short cervix daw po ako sabe ng ob ko bedrest po ako and noon duphaston iniinom ko pero pnalitan na ng progesterone vaginal suppo . May possibe po ba na after 2weeks is medyo umokay napo kwelyo ng matres ko 🙏🙏 pls sana masagot doc 😇🙏 godbless
Hi doctor actually in my first pregnancy in 18weeks i got miscarriage because of cervix incompetent and after one year i conceived but this i have done circlage in 16weeks after that again i miscarriage in 20weeks iam in depression and i shocked because why it happens i dont know iam taken completely bed rest and stiches are not moved but membrane came out so please reply me why it happened what. Is the cause of it

My wife is 17weeks pregnant now. Pinag take sya ng OB ng ixocilan at heragest capsule na ipapasok sa vagina nya. then bed rest. Nakakatakot po as a father. Ano po ba ang survival rate ng gantong cases Doctora? Lord God 🥺

Salamat po doc, eh what if po hindi inoffer ng ob ko yung surgical na yon. Kasi po ang pinagawa nya lang is 1 week bedrest then pinag isoxilan po ako ng 7days 3x a day at progesterone tablet po. Possible po ba na mag close don? Or ako po ang mag open sakanya about sa surgical na yon? Maraming salamat po.

Yes. Bed rest is needed ti augment in the surgical intervention. Hope you are doing fine.
Surgical procedure lang po ba ang pwede? Sa akin po kasi sabi ng OB ko pwede naman ang pessary

Hindi po. Need to have complete bed rest and have the surgical procedure po
Doc im 11weeks pregnant. Meron ako subchorionic hem at open cervix .. Magkano po ang pagpapatahi nang cervix doc. Sana mabasa niyo po salamat.

Hi Mam. The intervention has to be done early to ensure higher percentage of success. Also, your activity levels should also be regulated.

16 weeks po. Then 18 weeks na po ako ngayon.
