The devil opened up his case and said 'i'll start this gig'
and fire flew from his finger tips as he rosened up his pick.
He strummed the pick across the strings it made an evil hiss
Then a band of demons joined in and it sounded somthing like this

The Toy Dolls needs to get more of their due. Mick 'Olga' Algar and co are fantastic musicians.
Underated by far brilliant guitar work here as in all there stuff

same here, I remember going crazy to 'Nellie' with my mates at partys and in pubs decades ago but that was as far as it went, an 'internet friend' shared a Toy Dolls link 2 days ago and I've listened to nothing else since.

I don't know why Toy Dolls have never really been on my radar? Maybe because Nelly The Elephant was widely and wrongly viwed as a novelty record. I need to very belstedly get into these guys. I'm sure it'll be fun.
Frankly I heard these guys on an old beta max of top of the pops 1984 with good old Nellie the elephant. That was as a kid. Now 39 have had to purchase pretty much everything they've done. What a group to have overlooked for so long.. damn shame the 2019 tour has no UK dates 😫
