材料 Ingredients:
兩磚板豆腐 2 blocks of tofu
四十克生粉 40g potato starch
二十克粟粉 20g corn starch
四十克蒜蓉 40g chopped garlic
二十克紅蔥頭碎 20g chopped shallots
半茶匙黑椒碎 1/2tsp groung pepper
四克砂糖 4g sugar
七克鹽 7g salt
兩隻紅椒,切粒去籽 2 chopped chilies, deseed
半茶匙麻油 1/2tsp sesame oil - Jak na to + styl

So many ingredients and foods but I don't know them so I have no idea how they taste or what to do. I made Japanese Milk Bread, but you expanded my understanding and made it better. Thank you for the recipe! It looks so yummy! Can you please tell me why you have to deep-fry the tofu twice, instead of just putting the tofu in the oil once for a longer time?
double-fry makes the tofu more crispy. please try it at home!

你好Victor👋我喜歡用Potato Starch 生粉=薯仔澱粉,比粟粉硬身,有粘性,常用來做芡令湯汁濃稠、醃肉。Corn Starch 粟粉-有凝膠作用,無筋性及比生粉軟身。可醃肉、埋芡、中西糕點。
埋芡時,如果買唔到生粉,可以用粟粉代替。謝謝支持👍
