- Hello all!! As always, thanks for watching!! This is Part 2 of the HUGE Abandoned Mine, which may be one of the largest accessible workings in the State of New Mexico, USA. Located within the Cibola National Forest, there are many beautiful views all around. The tailings pile was quite large and there are a number of old structures including two offices. Once inside, we were shocked at how far the main tunnel went, but that didn't prepare us for what we would find. The size of the stoped out areas was shockingly extensive. The inside of this mountain reminded me of an abandoned ant colony. If you happen to find this portal, take caution, you could get lost or fall into a deep shaft if not paying attention. For those reasons, I will not disclose the location to protect the unwary.
On another note, since my channel is approaching 1000 subscribers, I have decided to upgrade. I purchased a new camera that I hope delivers better video quality. Secondly, I tried new video editing software. While editing, I placed text, several stickers and a couple of small animations. I'm hoping these changes are favorable. What do you think?? Please tell me in the comments. Just remember, I don't do this professionally, please be kind. This has been a learning curve for me, but I do appreciate thoughtful suggestions! I always try my best to respond to comments in a timely fashion. In my main CZcams page, I have my channel email listed. Feel free to email me with suggestions as well. I'm slow at responding to email at times, but will reply as quickly as I can.
Last but not least, I would like to thank all of the viewers, subscribers and all the awesome comments!! I remain surprised by the support, it is much appreciated! Thanks again!
Great video again! Caves don’t bother me but mines do! Loved to see the mineralizations. Be safe!
@@MtnGoatGold-ds4ds Thanks for the comment! Mines can be arguably more dangerous, for sure! Thanks for watching and for the kind words!!!

@Golfpan-SuntanNM Thanks for the comment and your kind words!! I'm VERY familiar with Water Canyon, I've hiked up and down that canyon on both sides. I was just camping there last weekend. I wish I was out there! I hope you find the Au!!! Thanks again!!
Glad somebody's prospecting it! I'm pretty sure there's a serious copper-gold orebody just waiting to be discovered up in there.

@DUKECITYCREW Thanks for the comment! New friends are always great! I'm a native New Mexican myself, but just returned to my home state almost two years ago. I love it here! We're very lucky to have the natural beauty that we do! Thanks again!!

Very cool. Huge mine. The Cleveland thing looks like a winch possibly? Cleveland is who made it.
@overland505 Thanks for the comment!! I was wondering the same thing! There's a lot of old machinery in this mine!
Bro I never knew that mine was that extensive
@domp5014 This mine is HUGE. These two videos I posted of it are only one tunnel on one level. There's tons more including a LONG haulage tunnel. Thanks for the comment!!
