Lanzhou City in Gansu province is the birthplace of one of China’s tastiest noodle dishes, Lanzhou beef soup noodles. I decided to enroll at a school providing free tuition to those seeking a better future via the art of noodle-making.
As with most of my videos where I try something new, I was predictably quite rubbish at making noodles that looked good. However, they tasted BRILLIANT!

With all the skill needed to make these noodles, It's a damn crime that you can only sell them for a few dollars for a bowl of these while I pay 15 dollars a for a plate of Italian pasta.

I love Lanzhou beef noodle! This is one of my most wanted Chinese food!
An expatriate Australian woman living in Italy is doing a CZcams series “Pasta Grannies” and garnering lots of good responses, including on a cookbook of the recipes collected from theses Italian “pasta grannies”. Stu’s Chinese noodles-&-jiaozi-loving friends can consider doing a similar CZcams series in China.
The lady behind the scene is always mean to Stu 🤭 The Lanzhou beef noodle made by Stu looks weird, but he can still make the noodle in such a short time. I think he learns pretty fast 👍
Stu can go back to UK to open a hand-made noodle shop after graduation. There will good business for the novelty of hand-made noodle by a Laowai. hahah

my hometown is BaiYin,GanSu,if you want eat LanZhou beef noodles,you can only eat in GanSu.others province is LanZhou noodles.The taste of the two noodles is very different.🥲
