The Elemental Shard was made with the blood of Ultimis. Richtofen heard Apothicon voices in his head that told him how to make the Agarthan device and one of the steps is siphoning four mortal souls. This essentially linked the four characters across the entire multiverse.
As someone who really hasn't played much zombies except for a select few maps, Tag Der Toten seems like Call of The Dead on 3 different types of meth

Honestly I canât quite argue with Vincent here if you do get these games the excitement dies down unless your me and for some reason play for months and then get bored for like a month and then keep playing again

To be honest I've done half of the bo4 easter eggs and this took me the longest by far. That damn boss fight killed me about 5 times before me and a friendly finally did it as I clutched up in the facility. Ill never forget that moment
I did this solo and it mustâve taken me 5. I always died on that step up in the lab (canât remember it). Funnily enough 1st time I made it to the boss fight, I had 1 down in it then completed

The Vril Vessel is the same of Agarthanian Device and is the same of Seal of Duality, it is used together with the elemental shard (little 115 that we collect on Alpha Omega) by Nikolai to end the paradox/cycle imposed by Monty on the end of Revelations. The Vril Device is the same as Golden Rod and is the thing that is inside the safe that we âfeedâ to get the Wunderwaffe in Tag der Toten; it is used, together with the focusing stone (little stone that we collect on shangri-la) as well by Richtofen to exchange his body with Samanthaâs body in the map Moon. The Summoning Key is a thing created by the Keepers that helps them control the world and Agartha, but is used by SoE crew to trap Shadowman inside (that would later be released by Maxis on Agartha - Revlations intro cutscene) and is used by Richtofen to send the Ultimis crew souls to Agartha (BO3 cutscenes).

If you are new to black ops 4 and trying to learn the map layouts before attempting the EE, go play gauntlets, they kinda serve as tutorials for each map showing you where things are, and sometimes the boss fights too

The Seal of Duality, also known as the Agarthan Device, is an all-powerful artifact that both the Apothicon's and Keepers wanted to destroy the other however neither was able to craft. At the end of Tag Der Toten Nikoli created it from the 3 parts Victus gave him to destroy the multiverse. The Agarthan Device is created from the Blood of an Elder God (Blood of an Apothicon), a soul fused with Element 115 (Elemental Shard from Alpha Omega), and the Vril Device.
The Vril Device is only a part of the Agarthan with no stated purpose; it was created by Jebediah Brown from Purgatory Point (Buried), the same man who created pack-a-punch using the help of keepers (known to him as angels).
The Summoning Key is the first device created by the keepers and shapes things that interact with the Aether (manifested in our dimensions as Element 115). It is used in BO3 to capture the souls of our 4 characters as their souls from every timeline had been exposed to the Aether, and is needed as it can open and destroy worlds.
Combining it's ability to manipulate the Aether, which is in every dimension, and its ability to destroy worlds/dimensions meant that the Agarthan device could be used to destroy the whole multi-verse sending it and everything/one to the Dark Aether. Nikoli used these 2 items to do just that, allowing Eddy and Samantha to live a life without Aether...until whatever happens in BO4 and Vanguard

Iâd have to say thatâs probably The Giant. Der Riese combined with BO3 mechanics. No crazy bosses, the catwalk. If you play long enough you may fall asleep lol.
Bo4 has definitely grown on me after Cold War and vanguard zombies and tag der toten is a very underrated map also keep up the great content itâs always nice to watch late at night or sometime during the day as they arenât too long yet still very entertaining to watch. Also can you play the custom map called Der Hafen Iâd love to see you attempt it. đ

Alright, so long explanation time for confusing zombies lore:
Tl;dr - vril vessel = metal thingy in safe. Seal of duality = vril vessel + apothicon blood + elemental shard + pack a punch. Summoning key = most powerful thing ever to exist, can contain and move souls at well and create gateways. Vril device: the golden rod.
The summoning key: It is the most powerful artifact in any and every universe and was created by "the one" the first keeper. It was initially used to create the multiverse from nothingness and it has the power to contain and release souls as well as open rifts to new worlds.
The vril vessel (also known as the vessel of the keepers) is the metal vessel you obtain the tag easter egg in the safe. When combined with four souls harnessed in the power of the aether (the elemental shard), the blood of an elder God (apothicon blood which is the glowey red orb in the tag easter egg), and after combined "upgraded" using the power of the dark aether (the pack a punch and element 115) we create the Seal of Duality. This has the power to "grant that which one most desires". A little vague, but we know that it has the power to open and close universes, in addition to destroying the summoning key.
Vril device: the simplest of the three - this is the golden rod. When charged with the power of heavily concentrated 115 (like the focusing stone from shang) it has the power to swap souls with someone.

Very interesting take. I play a lot of BO4 zombies and I always found Tag and Alpha as the least chill. I think it's because of the earlier sprinters on Tag and the stronger zombies from the contaminated on Alpha. As for EE's It isn't too hard. But casual play-throughs feel more intense on those maps
I loved call of the dead on bo1 and I haven't played much of bo4 zombies so I never knew this map came out, but it definitely looks like fun and nostalgic.

Hey Chrrism, I actually was stuck at one step of the ee because I didn't know how to open pack-a-punch from the boat side of the sunken path pack-a-punch placement, and there weren't any guides or anything. And I was really lucky you uploaded this today! I'm in round 38 when I'm writing this, you're an absolute legend and I'm subbing for saving my run! And my psyche, I was about to go insane haha!

00:25 agree even alpha omega with itâs flaws is somehow challenging for high rounds and you can have a lot of fun with high rounds and trying to obtain all the raygun variants including the og raygun and packapunch them
You should delay turning on the power at the ship. Once you turn on all three switches it activates golden pack. It doesnt matter which one is last. The reason you should save boat power for last is because the flinger to golden pack is right there.

The planet Easter egg is cool too, its so relaxing to just stand there and watch. No zombies can come, I think and it gives you a breather spot to just look at it. Though it is a hard EE to do.
So my only experience with Blops 4 zombies, is CZcamsrs playing the maps, but i remember from you Alpha Omega video (i think that is the expanded NukeTown one), that the elemental Shard is a means of transfering souls from one body to another.
The seal of duality is one part of three for the agarthan device,its pretty much a vessel that holds the elemental shard and Apothicon blood. Vril vessel is another vessel ofc, that is used to hold a stone which allows the user to swap souls with anyone. And Iâm pretty sure the summoning key is used to create things.

Not gonna lie I took BO4 for granted. I donât like saying âgratefulâ when talking about companies because Iâm literally the one giving them my money to play, but I couldâve been less critical and more grateful to Treyarch for the effort they put into this game. I didnât even get any DLC for this except Classified because I never bought the Black Ops Pass but recently got it for $20 and have been having mad fun.

No, probably because most of the maps are not very good or just middle of the road.
Personally itâs my second favorite zombies game. I never really played Bo2 however itâs over exo, Cold War, and vanguard. Itâs maps are just so memorable and fun to mess around in, and in my opinion it has the coolest weâd and wonder weapons

I guess this is what I know as a casual follower of the storyline:
The Seal of Duality is the golden cage around the Elemental Shard for the Agarthan Device.
The Vril Device is the combination of the Focusing Stone and Golden Rod that was used in the Moon EE (even though apparently the Golden Rod is also called the Vril Device)
The Summoning Key is what is used in BO3 by Richtofen, originally created by the Keepers, to manipulate Aether and cross dimensions, as well as house souls.
This video is making me want to play BO4! I've never played it before, but it looks fun!

This randomly showed up in my recommended. Thanks for actually praising BO4. I felt it was the best Zombies I've played since BO2, yet the entire community was just toxic and negative about it. By the time Alpha Omega came out, people were calling it trash before pressing start on the main menu.

You actually do get a max ammo on the first stop in the boss fight, you're meant to go down the stairs once you get enough kills and the max ammo is directly down the stairs on the boat lol
I've found that i don't even pay attention to the gameplay or anything anymore, I usually just have you on as background noise because your just chill to listen to. Perhaps you should start a podcast some day
The Vril Device is a energy source. The Seal of Duality is something that creates or destroys matter and energy. The Summoning Key is a matter transference device basically the first ever teleporter. Weirdly enough, that means souls are matter as well in this game.

You do get a max and carpenter after first lockdown of boss fight, youâre just going the wrong way. Take the stairs down immediately in the lockdown area, donât walk to the other set of stairs as you did.

That one is ridiculous, I refuse to even attempt to complete that. Idk why they chose to do that but they shouldâve just implemented a regular EE quest into classified. I canât imagine trying to get to even round 100 let alone 150

My understanding of the three things are.
The Seal of Duality (which is refered to a Vrill Vessel) is a means to to store a specifc kind of power.
The Vrill Device is a power source (akin to a mini generator that doesn't need fuel, where the Vessel is more like a battery)
and the Summoning Key is a device with reality warping power, capable of doing just about anything if the user knows how to wield it (a rarity, to say it mildly)

Easily one of my top favourite zombie maps specially on bo4 the Easter egg is good just really wish they made a better boss fight still amazing to complete

You know you are the one that got me to play through all the bo4 maps, and I gotta say most if not all are super underrated. Like I actually really enjoy voyage and alpha omega, but I don't know what it is maybe its because I have dispised call of the dead for most of my time playing zombies but Tag der Toten just doesn't do it for me. Its the worst map in the game for me but I think thats the beauty of bo4 once you understand it is that almost every map is above average.

How do you like HATE call of the dead like I am not even a big fan of call of the dead but I donât really hate the map personally I really donât like Cold War but I think I just find it different and if I give it a good chance like doing the Easter egg or getting to round 100 I may change my mind because like many say Cold War is great and at least the games better than vanguard
@@johnnythejoker1773 i think alot of it stems from George but I think its a culmination of things. I actually grew up with Waw and have played every zombies since and I firmly believe bo1 zombies was the worst by far. I played a ton of Kino and just kept realizing how much better Der Riese was. Ascension was an alright map but I think by the time Call of the Dead came out I wasn't expecting much and between George, the Ice, the underpowered wonder weapons the map didn't do it for me. Heck the only easter egg I actually did in bo1 and not bo3 was Shangri la. Idk maybe its just preference because hell, bo4 zombies is my second favorite zombies ever.
@@Darkage-io4sl I can agree with you on that bo4 is not as bad as people make it out to be and I can definitely agree that George makes call of the dead less enjoyable but I played split screen with my siblings so I would piss George off and just hear nothing but screams đ but that personal experience made that map a pretty okay map especially on a scale of whither or not I want to play the map right now which personally after playing outbreak for an hour and making it to round 2 i would love to play the map at the moment (also this stuff is coming from a player who has done Easter eggs but never actually done one solo and Iâve never actually done a bo4 egg where I could actually help with doing the egg except for tag actually and I was with a squad where we just got through it with a guide and even then we crashed because of how long we were playing the map
