Ingredients
Rinse 1 cup of rice.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
1 onion.
Oil.
1 carrot.
1 pepper
Salt and pepper.
Fry for 2 minutes.
1/2 Chinese cabbage.
250 ml of tomato sauce.
Stew for 5 minutes.
300 g minced meat.
1 onion.
Dill.
Parsley.
Boiled rice.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon of meat seasoning.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
Place the vegetables in a baking dish.
3 peppers.
Put the filling inside.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 40 minutes.
2 tablespoons of sour cream.
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
3 pickles...
Dill.
Salt and pepper.
1 clove of garlic.
Remove the foil.
150 g mozzarella cheese.
Add cheese on top.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 10 minutes.
