I need till help from you about ola electric scooter.
I paid bal amount on 21st January 2022.
I got a call from Customer care number that vehicle will be delivered on Saturday 19 February 2022. And rto slot also booked on that day. But I didn't received any vehicle nor any more call from them.
I have doubt vehicle will be delivered to us with T/R registration. And later we need to go by ourselves to RTO office and get permanent number. Or else T/R registration is given and ola champ will take us for completion of permanent registration .
Registration process I'm having lots of doubt.
Hey Rajesh, As of now we are getting vehicle with T/R and for permanent registration there is a dedicated team and they will contact us and do the process.
Ola champion is no where linked to the registration process.

I would suggest you to go for a personal loan from your bank rather than applying for ola emi. Ola digital emi interest rates are very high, also the emi process is very bad it keeps crashing.

I purchased ola s1 pro. delivered vehicle with scratches on further service team towed my vehicle and after 5 days returned with none of the issues addressed but with more scratches. now no one is responding. Blr service team is too worst. Ola is playing with customers !!!
Tweet your issue with photos! Get the issue highlighted if the problem is with Bangalore service.

What's this VAHAN OTP pending email you mentioned in the timeline?
It is a process to register your new ev vehicle on the government website - this process is also linked to your subsidy.
Basically ola team does all the process for you, we just have to give them the otp received over a phone call.
First you will get this text from OLA
“An Ola service partner will reach out for the registration of your Ola Scooter. Please share your VAHAN OTP and an appointment slot for verification.”
Followed by a text from VAHAN
As soon as you get a vahan otp, an ola representative will call and ask you for that.
What about vehicle service??
They will come home and pick it up if there are any issues, if the problem is miner they will try to fix it at home.

Almost a week, There is a trick you can follow. If it is not getting verified then try uploading different document, or the same document again that way it triggers a new verification on the ola system.
When you do this your document goes to a new agent for verification, try this out.

Ola is good in every aspect but I didn't liked was the password lock system
As if someone get ascess to it
That person can take the ola without the driver noticing from my prospective they should have Created card just like the concept of using coins to exit the metro station that can unlock these so that no other person can have ascess to it in which the password will be digitally saved and if somebody forgets their password its way worse than that...
To fix that I think would be best to have an websiite that can help you unlock your scooter and help you reset your password if forgotten by chance

If the ola electric dedicated mobile application is launched then we will not have this pin password problem. We just need to have our mobile along, as you approach the ola it will unlock automatically.

Pay it in full on the ola app when ever you get the email.
