I understand there’s a toll to cross the Storebæltsbroen (bridge). How much did you pay and can you do it with a card rather than cash? Are there any other tolls foreign visitors should consider when doing this trip?

Yes it is possible to pay with card, but as we have experienced they are very selective when it comes to cards. We pay it with Euro Cash, I think it cost around 20-40€.
So, I went to Denmark and crossed the bridge, roundtrip. It cost $34.28 each way on Sept 23rd and 25th, 2022. Drove from Billund to Copenhagen and back. And yes, I did have problems with one of my cards, so for anyone planning to cross, you better take at least two cards with you, or be ready to pay cash, in DKK.
I love road trips and I went as a tourist, and although it’s a hefty toll, I think it was worth it, but I don’t think everyone is a bridges, driving or transit enthusiast, so it might not be everybody’s cup of tea…

In our experience, that day (July 14,2021) there is no passport control between the border of Germany and Dänemark.

Hej,
unfortunately there's no direct way or ferry from Kiel to Copenhagen but you can drive from Kiel to Femarn island from which you could take the ferry (Puttgarden - Rødby Havn) to the Danish island of Lolland. From there you can easily take the E47 and later you switch to E20 motorway which will lead you directly to Copenhagen

Your videos are very helpful po, actually problematic na rin po ako about the funds because my fiancée is still a student (she's 22) and I'm 27, employed po pero maliit lang ang sahod (takes too long to save up) pero kakayanin,no matter what, as long as I could be with her again. We already met once po dito sa Philippines, she met my whole family and they love her. Hopefully, I could finally marry her soon and start our own family. God bless po sayo ma'am and your husband! 🥰
