- (This was Osman's first appearance) As Lee struggles to make sales, Oz, top of the sales target board, jeers he took bets on Lee coming back after calling in sick on Friday. Whitney’s left a framed photo of her in Lee’s new briefcase for his desk. Lee squares up to Oz when he makes a derogatory comment about Whitney - he’d ‘smash it’. The floor supervisor intervenes and demands to see Lee after his shift; after digging around on social media, he’s discovered Lee called in sick to get married and docks him a day’s wages.

Lee is not a wimp because I've been down this road when I was bullied at work I was very depressed when my mum had a brain tumour which killed her they were making fun of me winding me up and saying nasty stuff about her which really upset me so bad i almost did exactly what Lee was about to do but someone talked me out of it
