PROTECT - EU's no-gate border crossing project successfully ended

After 3 years, the PROTECT project has come to an end. PROTECT was a project funded by the European Commission and coordinated between Veridos and 9 other partners across the EU. This no-gate crossing solution brings forth huge benefits for both border guards and passengers at air, land, and sea ports.
With the goal of reducing waiting times while maintaining security and integrity of the control, PROTECT demonstrated how border crossing solutions can be optimized and streamlined across the EU.
