Here is the easy recipe of the lemon curd without eggs, yes you hear me right without eggs. This lemon curd can be used for filling cakes , cupcakes , pies , tarts what not ;)
Any day I prefer lemon cake than a chocolate cake 😍😍😍 weird ? right , just try this and let me know
ingredients
50 grams butter
65 grams sugar
40 ml lemon juice
1/2 tsp of corn flour
1 tsp of water
