Koreans having their votes have 10 times the value of international viewers is really showing it's downside 😅😂

EDIT: I expected this since day one lol. Even though there is no voting manipulation in this competition that 50% tells that they want more Korean members to debut. What should I expect? HAHAHA of course I would do the same thing I will vote for the one who's representing my country. But anyway let's not lose hope! Fighting!
Where is this misinformation coming from? It’s a 50/50 split. So basically each girl gets 1/2 point for every vote, regardless of country it comes from.
that's not what the 50/50 split means... it means that they gonna make votes from international/korean have same amount... but since there is more international viewers, they had to multiply each Korean vote by 10 to get to the 50/50 ratio
@@cindih78 I don't think that's how it works. What the 50/50 split means is that 50% of the total votes that will be given to participants will come from the Korean votes, and the remaining 50% will come from international votes. So all the Korean votes, will have the same impact on the final votes as all the international votes (50/50).
Since there are much less Korean voters, than international voters (as far as I understand at least), in order to force this 50/50, korean votes have to be valued higher than international ones to reach that parity, and that's where the 1 korean vote = 10 international votes comes from.
So for example, if they get 5 votes from Korea, and 50 votes from international fans, they would have to multiply the korean votes by 10 (so they get 100 total votes, split 50/50).
@@SperezUY statistical data basically for 50/50 takes the percentage of votes (Korean; International - ex: 10/100 votes Korean gives the girl 10% total Korean votes and then 100/500 international votes gives the girl 20% international votes) divides them in half and then adds the two divided numbers together. At that point they are given a point value and the rankings are based upon that point value. It still gives Koreans 50% of the total score. That is standard statistics.

I know it's supposed to promote kpop but PLEASE next time if you're going to have a voting system don't divide it with 50℅ korean votes and 50% global votes. It is unfair not only for the girls to fly there to achieve their dream in the survival show but it's also unfair for global fans. THANK YOU!
Hey Martin! It's been awhile. I didn't follow Girls Planet 999 but I do read news about it from time to time. First, the evil editing on certain trainee and now, suspected rigging. Still can't believe Shen Xiaoting went from 1st down to 16th. Even I'm shocked. BBG fangroup has been calling for support for her and Su Ruiqi. Not easy to vote as my phone is really slow.
well before korean viewers had to vote for 3, later just 1 chinese and japanese trainee, now they can vote for only korean... and 1 their vote is like 10 ours
also voting has nothing to do with Mnet, so even if rigged, it's not on mnet
@@MartiNReacTs Having a 10:1 ratio is difficult. Sigh. Kinda reminds me of the yogurt vote in Chuang and YWY. The two girls has missed their chance of debuting in 2020. This is their second chance. Hopefully fans in China can help push them in. And hope Japanese fans shows their support as well.

Muchas personas sacrifican mucho para lograr sus metas, o mueres en el intento o sigues intentando. Así de cruel es esto, Mashiro Sakamoto y otras tantas trainees están en la misma situación. Igual encantaría ver a la Su rui qi debutando, sobretodo por como se ha venido abajo en estos, últimos capítulos, perdió su confianza y sonrisa.
