*Turn cities into paradise and set an example to the world!*
As it is known, all cities in the world today look similar to each other. The two main features of these cities are streets and buildings. There are also small gardens and parks in the city. However, such cities cannot fully meet the needs of people living in the city. Because such cities are full of traffic and many other problems. For this reason, newly developing countries do not need to take old city systems as a model when establishing new cities. Instead, they should focus on creating other types of living spaces that will work in the long term. It should not be forgotten that establishing a city is costly and that it is almost impossible to correct a city that is built incorrectly later. Therefore, before planning the city, it is necessary to determine what kind of lifestyle is desired for people. First of all, it is necessary to question whether it is a wise decision to gather millions of people in cities.
*However, when it comes to establishing a city, it may be useful to pay attention to some points. For example:*
In Afghanistan, main streets must be 100 meters wide. In addition, there should be a park and walking area at least 200 meters wide on both sides parallel to the street. Or create such long parks, separate from vehicle roads. In other words, there is no need for traffic vehicles and parks to be side by side. Thus, no noise occurs. But there's something better than this:
Create very large areas surrounded by wide main roads. For example, create areas of 6 square kilometers (2×3=6 km2). There should be large workplaces right next to the main roads surrounding this area, and residences in the inner parts of this area. Thus, there is no need to cross main roads for shopping. Small electric vehicles for pedestrian use only should be permitted in such areas. Since large workplaces will already be adjacent to main roads, they will be able to transport their goods using these main roads. In these residential areas, roads where small electric vehicles are used should be next to large parks. Thus, both transportation and use of the park will be possible at the same time. One of these parks can be arranged to cover all four sides of the area, especially between large workplaces and residences.
For example, the order of buildings in a rectangular area of 6 km2 could be as follows:
1) There will be main streets surrounding the area from four sides. Its width is 100 meters. Since it will be difficult for pedestrians to pass on the 100-meter wide road, the main road will be divided into several smaller roads. There will be supervised parking areas on the sides of the road for vehicles to park. Because large vehicles such as cars will not be allowed to enter the region. Only small electric vehicles will be able to enter this zone. Additionally, tunnels can be built under the main street to allow pedestrians and cyclists to pass through the wide main street.
2) There will be road-like green areas, each 50 meters wide, on the right and left of the main roads. The total width of both is 100 meters. This area will be in the form of a road-like green area between residences. Pedestrians and cyclists will use this road. Total width including the main road is 200 meters: | 50 | 100 | 50 |
3) Various workplaces, offices and stores will be built next to the road-like green area surrounding the area from all sides. The width of these workplaces is 200 meters.
4) There will be green areas running parallel to the workplaces in the inner part of the region. This 200-meter-wide green area will cover all four sides of the region. All restaurants and all other entertainment venues will be located in this green area.
5) After the 200 meter wide green area, there will be residences in the area. Thus, a huge green area will be created between workplaces and residences.
6) There will be road-like green areas between the residences, including pedestrian and bicycle paths. Width 50 meters. Thus, these areas can be used for both green space and transportation purposes. However, only small electric vehicles should be allowed on these parkways.
Is it necessary to have a certain ideology to do this? No. So do this and achieve what no other country in the world has achieved. So make the city itself a tourist attraction. In these areas, ornamental pools, restaurants, cafeterias, bicycle paths, playgrounds, toilets, etc. must be found. You don't need to plan and imitate your cities like cities in the west or east. It is best to plan a new city layout. If you do this, both the Afghan people will benefit and many tourists will come from abroad. You have the opportunity to do this in your country. Take advantage of this opportunity. This will also ensure rapid development of the economy. So people who want to invest will like such places. Therefore, by doing this, it will be easier to attract investors to the country. Because it is not only important to have a business area, but also to have a livable environment. For this reason, building a few parks in the city is not enough. The city's roads, where people walk every day, should be like this so that people are comfortable.
There is a huge cost in doing all this. However, making a city plan does not have such a cost. If such a city plan is made and the municipality decides to implement it, all buildings will be built according to this plan step by step over time. As a result, the city will be very beautiful and comfortable to live in. This rectangular area does not have to be monotonous by being planned in a completely linear line. It would definitely be better to plan such areas to look natural.
Even if it is not possible to build old cities this way, at least new districts can be built this way. Also most importantly: Ban tall buildings and skyscraper construction. There is no need for these. These are useless. Tall buildings are not good in any way. Living in very tall buildings means a primitive, not an advanced, lifestyle.
In fact, it is possible to fix even some old small cities.
1) The outer parts of these cities can first be surrounded by a 200 meter wide green area.
2) After the green area, it can be surrounded by a 200 meter wide business area.
3) A 100 meter wide street surrounding the city can be built behind the workplaces. Additionally, 50-meter pedestrian paths can be built on both sides of the street. Thus, its total width will be 200 meters.
In other words, business areas should be on the edges of the city, not in the center. Thus, there will be no need for large vehicle traffic in the city. The roads reserved for vehicles in the city will be left to the use of pedestrians, cyclists or small electric vehicles. It is not difficult to travel 1 or at most 2 km for work and shopping. Because even if the workplaces are in the center as they are now, it is necessary to travel the same distance.
Although the areas are large in this project, it should be taken into account that only a small part of these areas will be covered with roads, while the remaining part will be covered with various trees and plants. In other words, only a small part of the area will be covered with materials that require a lot of money, such as stone and asphalt. Therefore, it should not be thought that this plan will be very costly. This project doesn't require a lot of money but it does require a lot of space. But the comfort this will bring will be a great reward!

به نظرم براى پيشرفت و ترقى زير ساخت هاى لازم وجود نداره مثل آموزش عالى و قشر تحيل كرده كه أساس تمام پيشرفت هاى آينده هست زيرساخت هاى حياتى و لازم ديگه مثل جاده فرودگاه قطار شبكه آب و فاضلاب برق شبكه بهداشت شبكه مخابرات قوى وجود نداره و حتى اگر هم پول براى اين كار باشه زمان ٣٠ تا ٤٠ سال نياز داره كه اون هم نيست
