- History was made at the Monster Jam World Finals XV in Las Vegas. A record 32 of the biggest Monster Jam superstars took to the track vying for one of the two world championships that were on the line! Sam Boyd Stadium welcomed a capacity crowd with an all-new format., dedicating three unique days to the Double Down, racing, and freestyle competitions. The Monster Jam trucks and drivers were greeted by two custom built tracks as the racing performance area on Friday night transformed to a more fitting track for freestyle on Saturday night. It's Monster Jam like you've never seen before!

This run should've gotten a perfect score. No freestyle ever has or ever will be able to top it for so long as Monster Jam exists.

That’s true but they can never give a perfect score when meents still has a run, I know that leduc still one but there’s always a chance
@@Notnert1010 Disagree. They could absolutely give a perfect score since there is a tiebreaker in place for if Tom Meents had managed to somehow top Leduc, if you remember.

@@DanaRollins79 Nope. Cam McQueen's run in 2012 was one of the best ever, but it got the score it deserved.
To this day, arguably one of the best freestyles in World Finals history not even kidding 🔥
I remember watching this live all I could do was burst out laughing when I saw that first jump. Couldn't believe my eyes lol

I had arguably some of the best seats in the house at that Monster Jam World Finals, and that run easily is #1 among all the runs I've seen in the past 3 years of attending the World Finals!

Completely agree with you. That Pauken freestyle was unbelievable. I remember watching it live when it aired on tv in 2010.

Very reminiscent of Pauken’s run from 2010
Similar to that year they kind of overdid it when it came to the track design
Then it was the obstacles being too large and too close together, this year there were too many with no room to land after large jumps
And after so many trucks go out and break over and over one guy pulls off one of the greatest runs the sport has ever seen

For me it’s a toss up
i like charlie's better, but that's mostly just due to the fact monster jam used to have significantly more interesting obstacles.

This run took Todd from being Monster Jam's best kept secret to the Superstar I've known he can be since the first time I saw him 3 years prior when he won his first racing event in Phoenix. Todd is a great guy and deserved every bit of success he gets, even if he doesn't always get the scores he deserves like WFXX.
His run a year prior was awesome as well but I agree
Both this run and him winning the Racing championship at 2015's World Finals event definitely solidified Leduc's position as one of Monster Jam's greatest drivers. (Also I agree. He was robbed BIG TIME at 2019's World Finals)

he did something similar at NRG Stadium in Houston a few years back, getting about 40ft-50ft of height in NRG Stadium is nearly unheard of, usually you only get that much height at the world finals
The freestyle that changed the sport for ever
This was the last freestyle that won that deserved to win except for Ryan. The wrong truck won in the years 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019. Yes all of those runs were amazing but they were by far not the best runs of the night

When he said he lasted about 4sec in the air I counted how many seconds and he actually lasted for 9 seconds
He was not in the air for 9 seconds. Either you don't know how long 1 second is or you were counting what they showed in slow motion

ALright, I thought I saw a stereo in El Toro Loco on TV this year, but i know I saw one on Metal Mulisha. Why is there a sterea near the eingine? Go to the first backflip if you dont know what i mean.

Idk where you see a stereo. No current trucks have a stereo. Granted a couple years ago "an escalade" did have a wall of speakers in the back. But none of the running trucks have anything like that

Fox Sports 1 Cleatus has a radio. I know that because i saw him live,and his music didn't come from the speakers in the stadium like the other trucks,when the truck got closer it got louder,when it got far away it got quieter,stuff like that.

this isnt what i grew up on in the 90s & the 00s. this freestyle of today is just how can jump the highest & do jumps. nobody cares about the racing anymore. its just not the same anymore. thats why like world finals 1-4 are imho the best.
