1998 Mazda B2500 Clutch, Flywheel and Hydraulic System Installation

We're replacing the clutch, flywheel, master cylinder and slave cylinder. The slave cylinder had been leaking and the reservoir was actually empty. While the clutch is pretty simple, the hydraulic system on this series of vehicle has been quite a challenge.
