I feel like Anni made Clutter decks less interesting, but Cannonball kind of revived my interest in them again.
Just had a game where my Cannonball absolutely destroyed a Galactus player. They Snapped and tried the old Wave into Galactus trick, but my boy Cannonball was ready for him, and turned that World Eater into a nice shiny rock :D
Turn 5 we both played Goblin, and T6 I Anni'd their Goblin back. Sweetest 8-cuber I've had in a while!
Always thankful for these videos. I don't have every card, but I get a lot of inspiration from these lists and I always come away with a fun package to try out.

That Pixie Lady Deathstrike deck feels pretty powerful. It's also great fun! It helped me push through to Infinite when i got stuck around rank 93. Thanks for highlighting it Jeff!

the bast deck looked fun since i enjoyed the xmen boosted version of it last month. so i picked up usagent and it's reasonably fun. he got to dumpster a tribunal deck so that was neat.
The lady deathstrike pixie deck is my favourite deck in ages. I did end up swapping magneto for red hulk for cube equity though. Once your opponent sees you have a 1 cost red hulk its very hard to get more than 2 cubes.
I just threw USAgent into a loki deck so I could turn him into an actual card to finish the quest.
This breakdown makes me even more hype for Red Guardian!
That she hulk cannonball clutter deck has been my best deck into Hela
Prof x and debrii with the other clog cards allow you to secure one lane by clogging/locking down, especially with turn 4 prof x through ravonna and then cannonball with she hulk is usually enough to win their other lane where they play their hela and discard cards
That pixie deathstrike deck feels so good. And it makes me think that is the perfect pixie "ratio" of low and high cost cards
Been crushing it on conquest with the cannon clutter deck. No one expects the cannonball

I’ve been really impressed by Cannonball overall. At first, I figured that I never wanted a 5-cost Stegron. But good old Sam Guthrie has a lot more going for him. A 5-8 that gets rid of the highest-power enemy goes a long way towards winning a lane, and fairly often lanes that Shang-Chi might lose, because of his low power, or because he gets ducked. Shang still is best overall, but Cannonball has felt good overall, for a card that I thought was going to be trash.
been loving the first deck, climbed from 93-98 tho I did swap Pig for Armor and been swapping between pig and ice man

I finished my weekend with the bast agent deck. It's reasonable.
Normal Hulk or Dr. Doom instead of Red Hulk on Hela Discard? (I don’t have RH 😢)
That Loki deck help me get unstuck at 72 all the way to 85. Is it me or does it just seem like the game conspires to slow you down once you get on a roll. Or should I be just trudging through a deck just got me 10 or 15 levels until I get a breakthrough? Like bball shooters keep shooting?
My headcanon is that Jeff hates Phoenix Force so much that he purposefully avoids mentioning it
It's a fine additional combo deck that has stats a bit worse than the other top performing decks I listed here.
The cannonball clutter is all over ladder now. I can see why with 2x infinity tickets won with it.
What can i use instead of Corviu for the deck at 8:30 ?
I’d say hellcow or even sword master, embrace the RNG
not much corvus is one of the best cards in the deck

I never understand why Lokis stats are usually so poor on untapped. Im a slow climber this season (just hit 93): 42 games; 76% winrate, 1.79 avg cubes. And I'm a bad snapper (way too many 2-cubers). Think I just face the avg amount of bots as well.
Meanwhile Bounce in its prime didnt have bad stats on the trackers and is/was much harder to play.
The Tribunal deck feels awful. Any form of hand disruption and Mobius shut you down in addition to the other counters mentioned. Paired with Jubilee and Iron Lad pulling out Mystic which often misses in the early game.

I thought LDS got nerfed and only kills stuff with power 3 or less
Technically she’s doing what she already did before at base power 4(kill the 3s and under) but now that’s locked but with more power

I haven't been very impressed with pixie in like any deck. But I feel like so many other swear by her.
welp. ive spent hundreds of dollarinos, played for hundreds of hours. have every pool 3 card and a bunch of 4/5 ones. and i cant make any of these decks. its rough sometimes. the gameplay is so good. i just wanna buy your cards 2nd dinner ;(
I'm honestly always a bit confused whenever I see comments like this on these round ups.
Are folks like you just completely unaware you are allowed to play decks that aren't copied directly off the internet? You can even make minor substitutions to decks you see to play them while being one or two cards different!
Having all the cards doesn't matter if you can't figure out how to play the game. I have all the cards shown except for nihilus and Red hulk and I still struggle because I don't spend enough time becoming an expert but I'm guessing the numbers don't lie. I get stuck at about 87 every season and can't break 90 just yet after 6 months of playing 😂😂
@@ordalacthe frustrating part for players is that they feel like they can’t climb without playing the most competitive decks. The problem is that it is not true that you need to play the most competitive decks to climb. People need to get good instead of complaining.
Goop nailed it. People think there is an easy button for climbing with a magical best deck. The reality is metagame knowledge so you can snap and retreat appropriately is the most important thing. That and playing lots of games.
I hit infinite with a homebrew each season. It's an Angela deck I've used even when Angela was nerfed. Don't worry about the meta. Bring tech cards to deal with it, but don't feel compelled to play the same lists.
Red Hulk is everywhere. Overturned on purpose? Naaaaaaaah...
Also wanted to add Bast/Havok is fun.
