Easy Turkish Pistachio Baklava Rolls With Phyllo

  • Turkish Pistachio baklava using phyllo sheet.. You are going to love these easy version of crunchy baklava with the phyllo sheets. If you want to use less sugar din't pour the syrup over. Just dip the baklava rolls in to syrup for 5 seconds and drain it. I really love pistachio but you can make it with hazelnuts or walnuts too.
    The Ingredients For the Pistachio Baklava Rolls:
    18 sheets of phyllo #4
    about 100gr. unsalted butter
    about 100gr. ground pistachio
    For the syrup
    3 cups sugar
    2 cups water
    1 tsp lemon juice
    I used 28 X 18 cm baking dish. You can fold and arrange your baklava rolls depend on your pans size

    So far the best pistachio baklawa recipe on the net. I was looking for a baklawa recipe that uses filo sheets and yours is well explained and very detailed, which a lot of other bakers usually skip. Can’t wait to travel to Istanbul in June.

    Hi Aysur. Yesterday tried your baklava. They turned excellent crunchy for the second day. I had a small mistake by putting a big quantity of filling which made the roll thick. I learned my lesson . Thank you so much.

      @@TFT In México we don't know as Turkish desert...even I don't know a Turkish cofe or restaurant in the main City....we know all this kind of deserts as Pastel Árabe or Arab deserts... in a few places as Baklava...but the most is in the Arab cofe restaurant...bridal fingers is the same recipe but petite...litle bit more big than a finger y cirope...so sweet...Greetings From Riviera Maya 🌎🤗🌴🌊🌞🚢🏖...You can find the same recipe an name in spanish in this CZcams videos

    This looks delicious! I am in the USA and I just love your channel. For this recipe, should I use plain pistachio nuts or lightly salted pistachios nuts.

      Unsalted roasted pecans yes you may try. Almond i am not sure because we don't have it here and the texture would be different i guess. Peanuts i don't recommend. Walnuts are good too
