Countering frenzy users is literally the easiest thing in life. Their rush combo length and attack speed makes them open for counters all the time during their rush combo. Also something that I use against them is evade to their side then spam the counter key, because if you get close they will start attacking and since frenzy is fast you will get them open the moment your evade ends

With weapons, 3rd hit! Now as for minibosses, if they have a gun or something like devious Dan, dodge close to him and 3rd hit counter hook. Moneybags is the same as goon, go for it! The Jeff's and rich fiend have a weaker version of brawler having 3 hits only so 3rd hit and counter hook! Now as for parker, like what the video says, until his double finishing blow go for it! Or you can also do the bosses way, when he charges at you, counter hook him! Now last but not least, kiryu! Hahahaha... 😶 He can tiger drop a counter hook and guru parry he dodges so whatever counter you may do he just "knocks you out". That's it for my guide or my way on how I do the counter hook!
What i found that works for parker is stand still a decent distance away from him while he's doing his rush combo, and as he moves up to you with his combo just press e, it's not a 100% chance to work but its pretty likely cuz of how many attacks he does

you forgot something nathan, if you want the easiest method of tiger dropping bloodsucker, shield and wait for bloodsucker until he unleashed his finishing blow, once bloodsucker attacked his finishing blow, immediately unshield then counter hook when his arms Reached the middle of his torso
hue (for me) is also easy to counter hook since he always backs off once if you get far enough from him, then he'll just walk straight at you and do his combo (which is very predictable btw)

When i press m2 on time WHILE holding space it doesn't work, it just does a basic m2 attack just the same as i do guru parry its as normal grab. it infuriates me so much, i can only do it rarely plus my ping is literally smooth, i don't know why but I just wasted 6 grit on both the most useless counter mechanics ever, just grinded my life on lvl 25 for counter hook for just bs.
