I bet this is exactly what I need..I move my neck and it pops I can hear my bones rubbing..and I walk my weight is all on one side.
Then my legs lock up & hurt all way up my back.
I can't turn or sleep on my neck turned to the side.
Been like this for over 10 yrs in pain & discomfort.
Touch my shoulder I will cry like a lil girl 🤣
But I also have constant muscle spasms and tightness since my car accident 15 yrs ago.🤷
Went to chiropractor once after my accident he said my spine was not straight anymore.but he didn't do a full body alignment.
He just popped my neck back & legs.
Guess I know what to ask for next time thanks to this video..if I ever go back to chiropractor again.

Chris is an amazing practitioner and i am afraid for what he might be doing to his body. My own chiropractor damaged one of his hands, needed surgery, physiotherapy. In the end he had to quit his practice. Apparently, repetitive movements damage the ligaments un his hand. That was a terrible loss for me and all the patients in his clinic.

Extreme Medical situation is particular to life and death situation were life is given preference over practicing of modesty and resistance. These massage and physical therapy type things are part of pleasure seeking and lifestyle adoption and to some people as an oral sexual pleasure as well. Many Muslims think they are cheating ALLAH and believers but they doesn't cheat anyone but themselves. There are 2 billion so called Muslims on earth but only a few are believers and put Islam before their Life/Wealth/Children and doesn't follow behind the desires of the world. Those are only the believers. Doing such kind of sexual pleasurable things and doing Hajj and Umrah and touching kaaba walls doesn't make us believers. It's the heart of believers where the faith on ALLAH is immovable. That faith clean from any hypocrisy make us believers. So my suggestion to you is "Please try to become a "Believer" not an Islamist like those 2 billions.

This guy is a big fake because after he gets through working with his clients Lots of them.. you don't get to see them walk or move. If you watch him carefully he manipulates the limbs to look like they can't go any further by positioning a foot further on to the other side of the fire so the knee cap of the other leg doesn't go down all the way and the next time he positions the foot right in the center of the thigh on top of the thigh so the Can then be released enough to go down as a natural course. Initially I was impressed with him but watching very carefully and closely he is just a big "Show-man"
