    Thanks for your first impressions. Helped me a lot in making a decision for this one. Was scrolling the Ks page for about 45 minutes and could not make a decision. I also bought the ultimate box of Tanares. OMG playing 4th mission right now. What a good game. You are so right ! It is a 5/5. Plz keep doing these reviews !

    Thank you for your impressions, opinions and analysis. Getting physics done right is not easy, but until final version, all balls will roll as they should - so to speak :D

      Thanks for chipping in! It's rare that I don't rate a game, even with a prototype, this was definitely one of those cases because of the nature of the physics.

    Seems like the rolling marble would trash the board pieces fairly quickly.

    Watched the NRB playthrough of this a few weeks back and seems like my takeaway from watching that matches your impressions. Currently I can’t see a reason to go for the coop win, since the game is currently too weighted in the favour of the dragon so why not join the winning side.

      They've made large changes since then that already have improved the balance, although not yet perfect.

    Can’t believe they’re asking almost $200 for this…

    A bit offtopic, but where do you get your t-shirts? I like them a lot!

    After my experience with Orbdice, I'm going to say, PASS.

    The marble seems like.. too sensitive for physics. I'd see it with a disk of some sort. IMHO marble is a bad design. I was excited about it, but once i saw how it plays it's definitely a pass for me. If your house/table isn't 100% level, it doesn't feel like it'd give a good game play.

    Not a fan of "Prototype" Reviews. I am watching a video that will be obsolete and pointless if they change the rules/components. So I don't believe these type of videos are helpful to the consumer. Finished products is the only true way to guarantee we can make informed purchases (if that is your goal).

      Unfortunately the time when you're being asked to spend money is now...as much as you might not get value from this video, I guarantee that the greater audience does want them.

      @@BoardGameCo I understand that, which is why developers should have the game finished in development before going to crowd funding.
      Your being paid either by the creator, or through ad sense to create content that can lead people to make purchases for a game that can/will change from what you show.
      I get that it has purpose, but to be the most useful to your audience, you should only take work from games where the game is complete and only needs funding for manufacturing.

      @@thereal4579 I disagree. I have already learned enough from the video that tells me that the game is probably not for me (and it could have suggested that I should look into it more closely/I should take the risk of backing an unfinished game).

    • @thereal4579
      @thereal4579 Před měsícem

      @@m.schwarz then we agree to disagree, as I believe giving an overview/review/opinions on something that won't be the same come retail/release is misleading and moot.
