@@iknowdeweybrudda6564 basically my brethren, upon every single moving picture presentation about kansas city missouri, i never fail to find you in the comments talking about johnson county, kansas. and ot be quite frank, it has gotten extremely annoying. i for one would like to know of the origins of this grand resentment towards kansas city, though the only reason your suburb can exist is through our presence as the anchor city of the kansas city metropolitan area. tldr: you glaze johnson county like its krispy kreme

Of course it's ok everywhere. But it's worth taking care to live in a city and neighborhood where you will feel the most welcome. Are you only looking on the Kansas side, or is Kansas City MO an option as well. For gay-friendly neighborhoods there are more options on the Missouri side.
