Renovations Week 2024: Days 2 & 3

What a productive week this has been thus far at USA! Sidewalks are in with finishing touches going on for stairs into the Ad Building. Our greenhouse, community gardens, and campus grounds have all received a lot landscaping and TLC! Carpets are being cleaned, windows around the campus washed, cabins scraped and repaired. The Academy classrooms and staff homes are being painted and so much more!
With heavy rains for Wednesday afternoon, we took the volunteers on several historical field trips including the Harriet Tubman Home, The Women’s Rights Museum, Sauder’s, and the Erie Canal Museum. In the evening, our art teacher taught a paint class and people had such a blast making their own creations! We have two more days of work. Excited what God will do through everyone’s willing heart.
