What the video shows more clearly than anything else, is that the recent pictures of Tyson as lean muscular & chiselled, were just photo shopped.
You can clearly see his back fat & love handles even through his tee shirt.

Belly fat, love handles & back fat are never a 'body type'.
It's simply where his particular body lays down excess fat store distribution.
He didn't look like this at 19-20, because excessive consumption of carbohydrates causes long term elevation of insulin, which leads to insulin resistance in the cells over time. The precursor to type 2 diabetes.
First, the body becomes chronically sick through sustained high insulin levels, - then it begins laying down excess fat & gaining weight.
When we are children, teenagers & early 20's, the body can resist for a short while, - but usually before our mid 20's our weight has already begun climbing.
Weight gain is the outward sign of the body's loss of homeostasis (internal balance) & it is caused by excessive carbohydrates.

Ye deontay did knock him out in the 12th, however he did get up to win the rest of the round, from what I've learnt watching tyson he rises to the occasion every time.
