Big Bear is kind of an underrated character in this game.
I love the fact that Sweet took Big Bear to rehab shows he has a heart
This is low key one of the most heartbreaking and heartwarming scenes in the whole game. Seeing Sweet almost give up was something I never expected, he was the leader and was the one who convinced CJ to return to Grove Street. The moment where he goes “I-I might as well let it destroy me too!” is just really sad when you think about it, Sweet returned from Prison only to see his entire gang fall apart due to drugs, and he couldn’t do anything about it.
Call me a nerd but I love this game because one of the main reasons is that it draws us a picture of how hard life is in parts of South LA and all of those other ghetto neighborhoods. People who live there would do anything to provide money for themselves and their families.

It meltss my heart that all Big Bear wanted from CJ was 20 bucks for his life and CJ and Sweet actually took him to rehab, that{s taking care of your homies

The only reason Bear didn't attack them was because he knew Sweet would shoot him with the Dessert Eagle if he tried. That's why he called B-Dup "Your Lordship" then when he knew he was beat he just turned on him.

I would really love it if rockstar published something to show us what life was like before Brian's death. How all the characters rolled back when. It doesn't have to be a game even a comic book would be nice
Big Bear standing up against B-Dup is so satisfying
