U can use either fresh leaves if u hv access or get it in powder form
People who don't have time to make home made shampoo atleast they can do this. Soak soap nuts overnight and boil them. Make a smooth paste, strain it and store it in fridge. When ever you want to shampoo add fenugreek powder to the paste and soak it for atleast half an hour and then apply as a hair mask. Leave it for atleast 15min and then rinse. It really cures itchy scalp

For those who watch their sugar intake,like me.( I don't use honey on a regular basis) I tried the amla tea with some other herbs to make it savory, not sweet.
I came out with few combinations.
Amla+ fennel+ cumin
Amla+ curcumin
Amla+ ginger+Lemon
You should try on yourself what works best to your taste buds.

Hello sir , best diy to hairwash is soak shikakai and reeta in 1/2glass of hot water for 1 hour and then strain the water to grind shikakai and reeta .make a fine paste if needed you can add strained water now the hair wash shampoo is ready and you can soak the amount you need .
Actually this is the best way to wash the hair . No any shampoo can compete Reetha, Shikakai and Amla.
Fenugreek seeds + curd mix is really good for hair

Besan powder ( gram flour) in water is the best shampoo. Will cleanse your scalp as well. Best for use on oily or heavily oiled hair . Thank you docâ€â€â€đđđ

Iâve been using the Chinese supplement Fo Ti Root that comes in capsule or Tincture form for years with amazing results. Excellent video, I will add these supplements as well.
Good to know. I've been considering getting some of that. I haven't gotten any grey hairs yet but prevention works better than the cure.

I use home made shampoo made with Soaked Amala, shikakai, soapnuts. Soak them over night and boil them for 10 to 15 min. Grind it by adding water and strain it. I add more water to strain easily. Now shampoo is ready and we can store it in fridge. This shampoo is runny so I add Fenugreek powder to it and let it soak for atleast half an hour when ever i want to apply. I usually apply this shampoo as hair mask and leave it for half an hour. Fenugreek powder made my hair smooth and silky. Trust me its a best shampoo. You can use it even after oiling.

The amla juice is not toxic for any one I think and it's also proves that it's reverse greying of hair and I'm experiencing that so in a empty stomach give a glass of alma juice to ur child it may helpfull
