Slow Cooker Carrot & Coriander Soup

One of my favourite soups now cooked in the slow cooker - yes you can do this on the hob or in a soup maker but sometime its just easier to throw things into the slow cooker and walk away and let it do its thing.

because it's a video and just maybe I only added what I could by hand to get the video done 🙄 use your common sense, the recipe is correct I make it loads
