This seems like an episode of how it's made
So true
Ok
😂
It's pretty damn accurate too!
Lol xD
It'd be cool if, at the end, the marbles were sorted and arranged onto the "Who will be the winner?" screen.

I love how the trails have to be put on the marbles individually
I didn't expect the behind the scenes to be so mesmerizing, and I'm proud of the dude(s) for taking the green path and using recycled plastic

@@lstteaccups1616 hey, at least it's recyclable, right
In this documentary, the viewer will learn the full process of their favorite marble creation, from bottle to ball.
Making the round dye thingy add their trail is an interesting detail
And I thought I was observant...
It's nice to know that you use localy sourced, recycled marbles for your videos🌎

MIKAN
The rainbow paint is by far the most impressive piece of technology of this whole process.
took me a solid minute to realize that that was recycled plastic
This is beyond incredible. Super creative as well

I love how it's made, haha

Legendary Lime hai lime it’s cyan on another account!
Haha super funy
0:10 Transfer marbelium (the thing that are inside marbles) in glass bottles.
0:51 Crush the marbelium.
1:32 ???
1:40 Filter glass fragment.
2:03 Filter marbelium to furnace.
3:39 Cut Heated marbelium into marble ingots.
3:48 Transfer marble ingots to marble edger.
4:13 Edging marble ingots into marbles.
4:22 Marble painter.
4:28 Marble tail maker.
6:42 Transfer marble to the stage.
7:54 Starts marble race.
the tail is actually called a tracer
If We Have Marble Ingots, Then We Can Craft Marble Sword!
Bruh
The marble material is default material.
At 1:32 I think what the machine is doing is like measuring if the crushed marbelium is too big so it can be crushed again
It amazes me how far Algodoo has come over the years.
I feel like I’m in 2012 again.
We buildin' some marbles!
this makes me question: are the marbles new ones for every single race, as depicted in this?
I guess
Well, they'd probably get super damaged after getting jammed into spinners and falling several metres 10 times...
They probably get recycled into new ones
¡¡¡Use the same marbles from the last race!!!
Colorless marbles:😃
That must be impossible to make, MIKAN you're incredible!!!
Great idea to make a behind a scenes of Marble Race

That factory looks good!!! How it's Made Marble Race!
Its looks so realistic!
Супер и клас
People, THIS is why we should recycle plastic.
In this video, every color is a winner!
A process is unexpecting, but it was interesting to watch. Because I like how factories work.
I never wondered what they were made of, but now I know!
anyone else wondering how the factory has paint that just changes colors
Yup
more curious how it has a trail-ifyer
@@Thk10188965 It drills a hole into the marble and fills it with liquid paint. Then when it moves, the paint spills on the background.
@@c_cyp Does it quickly evaporate back into the marble to keep spilling?
......I guess.
Can't believe it is functional! What would happen if it broke down...
Then marbles wouldn’t be made
Idk
If it bbroke down no more marble races for us:( no mikan :(
If it does break, just reuse the previous winners, because surely those are saved...
That balls are made with recycled materials, ecofriendly 10/10
1st, love how you are adding detail
3:56 wait if the squares get brighter every second than how bright will they be in an hour
So the factory makes the balls than the race begins?, so is this to show how your races could be made
7:16 why is there another conveyor belt
@Rainbowy panda cool
Lol it's not getting brighter its cooling down from the incinerator dummy!
It's actually cooling down
No
TI getting colder
They are just cooling
With Teal there should've been something passing by that slapped on a "+75% failure rate" just to make sure it's accurate.
This is such a cool concept!
Put it at 0.75 playback speed and it sounds like perfect slo-mo
This is amazing. You are incredibly original, and your works are amazing!
This makes it look like how it’s made
I like the fact that all of the marbles are made from recycled bottles

I love how a Little piece gets stuck on the first Machine
Having the marble race at the end NOT be the beginning of an old marble race video is a massive missed opportunity.
he must be really good with algodoo
Wow! Interesting!! Good job again!!
We are finally getting a MIKAN canon
This is odly satisfying, would be cool to put it before a race or something.
Btw it's a great way to use plastic when u don't need it anymore
In the mosquito episode it was implied that they have blood and a need to wanna live, and when their blood/colour is taken their a husk, so they don’t give birth they clone themselves
Soo much care for the planet by using recicled materials
Im proud of you
Not sure why but that piece stuck on top of the gear is hella hilarious.
legend says the white piece is still on the gear today
You should be ranked #1 in Algodoo!
At 7:23 the box hits the conveyer belt right when a new music begins
I am glad you use recycled marbles!
Educational and oddly satisfying!
This is like the prelogue of the race, it be like "You're probably wondering how I got here"
Absolutely beautiful
I'm guessing the colored caps were siphoned off to produce more marble dye? Very neat details all around.
That little peice on the gear: Help
I'll never miss a video as wonderful as this, Parfait!(it's in french)
me: is that you? **looks at picture of bottle**
red marble: yeah but that's an old photo
How to make trash into very super ultra hyper useful thing
one man's trash is MIKAN's treasure.
Spitting straight factories here.
This is not a race:
Me: Come on Navy, you can do this!
Yes! You got 3rd place, well done!
This is a genius!
Here's how the process is done:
1. Glass containers of different types of crushed into smaller pieces.
2. The shards are fed into a sifter which separates the smaller pieces from the larger ones. The larger pieces are fed back to the crusher to be further broken down, while the smaller pieces proceed to the furnace to be melted down.
3. The stream of molten glass that comes out of the furnace is cut into cubes, which then cool and solidify as they ride a conveyor belt.
4. The cubes are formed into balls by way of two abrasive wheels that remove the edges. Now we have the marbles
5. The marbles are dyed into different colours
6. The marbles are activated and rolled into a container.
7. After the set is complete, the container of marbles is then shipped out to a marble race venue near you.
The most environmental-friendly marble ever
Man! How do you break the objects into pieces!? How do you make the marbles round from a square!? This is pretty awesome.
what
I don't know much about how this works, and I know this is late, but I can tell you that he broke the objects into pieces either by using breaking joints (either using a script or by making them weak in general), or a cutting laser.
years of practice, probably
I wonder what the factory for 101 marble races looks like…? Is making any given color a blinker/pulser it’s own machine?
I love thisssssssss
Thats how they doing them
step 1. plastic bottles are shredding and sorting
step 2. melting and forming into cubes
step 3. forming into marbles
step 4. painting and adding trails
step 5. delivering
glad to see all these marbles are eco friendly
That’s how my favorite marble was created
Hey! I love your creation of a marble factory. But can you do a full tutorial on how to create it. And can you show me how you make the cube become a sphere, and how to make the grinder, and how to make those conveyor belts on wheels please so I can at least try to do this on my own? Thanks for your creation inspiration!!!
You have the mind of a engineer. I like it
Great!
how marbles are made
Can we just say how many syncs are in the video?
0:06 Start
0:16 Last bottle's fall
0:24 Bottle 1 & 2's drop
0:25 All bottle drop sync (Kinda)
0:51 Bottle 1-4
1:41 Spinner speed + Jittering shards sync with strings
1:56 First shard impact x1
1:58 First shard impact x2
I'm tired now
makes more of this type mikan is really cool 😀
Your marbles have been successfully shipped.
this was great haha
so satisfying, my only problem is why it doesn't last longer.
do a marble recycler next showing what happens to all the damaged and deformed marbles from previous races :P
Love your videos keep making them
Bottle Turned into Marble cool!
rip to that one pice on the gear 3:29
Super cool!
If you don’t mind me asking but can you do a video on how you make the worm marbles for those races
Mint be like: am I a joke to you?
Oh this is what takes you so long to get videos out
I am going to die from the satisfaction
I like it that you recycled plastic bottles to make marbles
Saludos desde Cozumel MIKAN
Wow.... just wow!
The second song in the video reminds me of when MathFacter360 used that in his old intro
that was fun!!
Still unsure about how a marble gets painted rainbow or how a machine just inserts motion blur into plastic, but I'm all for it ^^
On today's episode of how it's made
Look at the spinner thing in the factory it is hanging at 3:07 in the video, you will see a part on the hanging spinner
wow im impressed
idea for a marble race : marble race mario kart race !
7:23 Perfect music cue-in! 😄
See, no quality control. This is why we get bad batches of yellow and pink.
So that's how it's made
What… how come we didn’t saw this coming.
6:48 the bucket is going the speed of the conveyor above it, not the one it's on
