I discovered Leo in the 70’s and he made such an impression on me - phenomenal speaker and teacher - 50 years later and I’m still searching out his videos 👍
I was a very sad young man. Hearing Dr. Buscaglia's message of love, life, forgiveness and joy changed my life; and saved it no doubt as well. What a treat to find him again 30 odd years later. Though departed from this world he's still sending out ripples of love to the universe! Thanks for posting.
Mark Elford love changed my life. I've lent it out to many people and some read it, some don't. I always get it back though (it's actually with someone else right now) and I'll get it back. And I'll re read it. If I don't I get complacent, lost. Lost in this 2017 reality of..people being so distant from each other. On their phones, so far away, disconnected, lonely. I can be that way too if I get complacent. Thanks god for love.
I remember the 1st time i heard of LEO, he had a special on PBS and it was playing on the television in the hospital room the day my son was born.... can you imagine? the very first voice my son heard was leo :)
Asca young married mother he was my life saver. My favorite that has taken me through many ups and downs was” If you cried and laughed all in one day it has been a great day” because it proves you are alive and have feeling and it is great that you are living!
Watching this in 2018, I feel so sad. How much we need these lessons and how incredibly far away we are from this. I wonder how he would've reacted if he ever saw the hate in our society. I was going through twitter and the amount of hate in the comment sections scared me so much that I came running to his videos. It's insanity out there and we need these lessons more then anything in the world.

Wow! This man continues to change my life every day. I am so thankful with Leo Buscaglia for leaving us all with his teaching, loving charisma, true leaning and most importantly--his love.
I could not for the life of me remember his name. I heard him one time when I was teenager in the eighties and his lecture struck me in the most profound life changing way. So here we are now, and I could not remember his name. I googled every Italian name that was close to what I thought it was and came up with nothing. I finally googled "professor of love" and there it was...the keys to joy. He is the Professor of Love.
We have forgotten, how essential his teachings are, to all of us, that love should take the centerstage, and becoming friends with all our strangers around us, and being truly human should be our main career.
Everyone should listen to Leos words every day till it sinks in. If we taught this to our kids we would not have all the disrespect we have today. We should learn the real meaning of Love !!!!!!!

Love this man!! He was my inspiration in my early 20's to go to college and work in the field of human services & I worked with the handicapped for 20 years. Loved spreading the love & working with all ages!! Always remember that motivation thanks to Leo!! God bless him!!!💙

I very fondly recall how he'd always talk about his Momma and also give the audience members hugs at the end of his lectures. Truly unique traits back then that are sadly lacking in this day and age.

Unfortunately in 2021 the word "love" has become synonymous with sex, at least for the male of our species. I've tried going to folks in my street ministry with Bible in hand talking about love & I get in return, "Oh yes sex is something we all need and can't get enough of", then saying, something like "God is Love" & Jesus tells us to "love one another including our enemies", seems to leave them speechless. My how our world has changed and not for the better either. Thank you for posting Leo's talks.

A year later I read his book titled "Love". In all of history, he found, no one had ever titled a book with that one word. Magic, perhaps, his words still guide me.
i was put in prison this year for around 4 months... my first time, because i'm very young (20 Yr) inside, the first book wich i saw was from Leo Buscaglia... Now i'm free, but i learn a lot of this man... i will traduce this video to spanish.
