These vlogs make my day
I only started collecting cards again a few months back when I found out about the Generations set, its been really cool getting back into collecting. I'm from Adelaide, Australia and the pokemon scene here isn't very prevalent (even though it's unlisted leafs home town) I'd love to learn how to play the game and get into a sort of league but I don't think one exists here. So it's really cool seeing what you have put together, and getting to know you guys through these videos, you should be super proud of what you've done for your community!

I just recently got back into the tcg, after about 6 years. I decided to build a volcanion EX deck. the steam up/power heater combo is surprisingly powerful and lots of fun to play.
I traded for that Volcanion EX for that exact reason! Such a fun and strong combo! sad about losing blacksmith though!
Blacksmith definitely made it a much faster deck, I hope we get a reprint sometime in the future (but Solgaleo GX may be a good substiute, we'll have to see). Also, a big thanks to you and the rest of the crew for getting me back into the tcg!
I think for the GX it should be like 5 or 6 energy costs because those abilities can break the game big time. it should be solid colors to, not be able to achieved by double colorless. since you can only use a GX move once, there will be no reason to run multiples and it shouldn't be the stamp of a deck, but more of a supporter that costs you a lot. if it has no energy cost then it should have effects against the owner too like discard the top 10 cards from your deck or something because it will break the game like I said. break cards are balanced but can still be broken, so hopefully we hear something around November
Yeah no kidding! I was thinking something along the same lines as you, but in my opinion something like specific energy that can only be used on Pokemon GX but there won't be any cards that's help you seek them out.
+Adrizzy specific energy for gx only is a good idea and I didn't think about that where you can't use trainers, effects or abilities to get them out. only by drawing them.
+Adrizzy what are your thoughts on this, say you draw them by using shaymin or other cards that allow you to draw, but if you do you have to discard the GX because you used an ability or trainer. it can only be added to your hand by your beginning phase, the draw phase basically. if drawn after your draw phase, discard it or the GX ability cannot be activated until your next turn.
I always prepare energy so having GX or EX cost enough of energy. What do u do when ur GX or EX energy are in prize cards? Bad deck
solgaleo GX with Mr steelex or wailord ex would be good partners . But depends on solgaleos attack cost, my guess no more then 4 energy. Great video guys train on !!!!!
That wouldn't be bad. 4 energy would take a lot to build up. But then it wouldn't be broken haha good guess!

I think Pokemon GX will have very low attack cost. 0 is broken cause those attack are so incredible but you can only use it once per game
