Old Atari Vet here - always BOTL for BallBlazer and Commando for the 7800, loose carts or boxed. These games have a special chip on the cart called a POKEY chip. This is a custom Atari chip which is needed for the function of Atari 8 bit computers like the 400 and 800, as well as several classic arcade game boards. These chips are a common failure point and keep getter harder to find every day - as such people pay up for these carts to scavenge (hopefully) good POKEY chips.
Also I can't count how many times I wished I was there when you find vintage PC/Amiga software. It breaks my heart when you miss something next to them or dont realize what you've found :)

Didn't the Atari mini systems just release recently those systems that play the original cartridges and have some games loaded on them I noticed since then Atari games have gone up a little in prices.

They're not super expensive or anything, but the average 1-2 dollar common Atari carts now typically sell for 3-4 dollars in my neck of the woods as I'm seeing a new audience get into Atari with the 2600+ and realize they can put together a really nice collection for just a few hundred bucks!

I remember hunting for Rule of Rose a couple years after it came out. The online rate was 60 bucks at the time so I thought "Nah, I'll wait and get a better deal locally."
A year passes and I don't see a single copy so I cave and ebay a copy for 90 dollars (These are Canadian prices btw.) Absolutely flabbergasted at what's become of the value now. Ultimately, glad I caved when I did.

I used to own Miracle Warriors and R-Type complete in box, I kept them in pristine condition, I got them when they first came out. I wouldn't be surprised if those where mine since I sold them back in 2014

Those GBA carts look legit, but I never used to buy any GBA games as loose carts just because of how many bootlegs carts are floating around. They used to sell for $4 each on eBay in the early 2000's.. Including shipping from China! They started selling them with boxes, but I had never seen the CHinese or Russian GBA boots sell with manuals. -Matt

Holy crap what amazing haul! I tried looking up that small soldiers snowboard I can’t find anything on it. The Pokémon 64 for $40 that’s insane. I wasn’t gonna collect that one but I’m one away from having them all I need watermelon. And now I want the Pokémon one. It would be really cool to see Ben‘s cleaning process of what he does. Oh and that sonic comic issue 98 sitting on top are the first appearance of Shadow the Hedgehog. And it goes for $200 to $300 if it was in clean high grade condition.
