I know that you want more new 2024 products instead of 2018 rerelueses but most people even on Facebook are still behind on 2018 products so rerelieses mainly the strings will half to do
You can reset the gen 1 version 1 hub. Look next to the plugin on the bottom side of the hub. There will be a button next to the power connection hold that in until the hub resets.
Yes that’s correct. What u mean is that you cannot reset the lights with a blue box gen 1 hub

What should i do if i just had an update come up on my gen 1 but it fails so i reset it like it says n then it wont let me complete the setup without an update which i cant do bc its now not connected to wifi. I actually got a new update on the app today so i did it & it let me update the hub but the hub immediately turned black. Theres no lights on it now whatsoever n it wont connect or do anything 🙃
If you have a gen 1 hub, it could be fried and bricked now. I made a new video going over this. Check it out.

Last year I got over 30-35 with gen 2
Anyone else having an issue where an older strand of C9 lights won’t bind to the hub even though all the other lights are working? This strand is about 3 years old. And was purchased at the same time as the hub which is a black box v2.
Unless the strand went. The only thing is the reset it via the app and see if it blinks white.
Hey brother, my lights aren’t in sync … what I mean is I am hooked up to the hub Wi-Fi connected but each of my lights are operating independently and they are connected to one another. What do you think the problem is?
Depends. If you’re talking second or two delay then it is what it is. If it is many seconds then it is a communication issue with the hub to that strand. We have our hub outside for best results. The work of the lights are in the receiver box on them. They will execute the command once received. It is what it is from the manufacturer.
Ok so I think my hub is to far away from the lights I’ll move it closer and give that a shot

One of my projectors is spinning but there is no lights coming from it

I bought a new hud but it seems old one is better
Until the recent update. We can get 60 items now. They seem to be phasing out the old hub.
My app keeps freezing when updating and hub turns off what can I do please help
Connect to the hub and do not reset it.

It was a defect I did buy another one and it worked
Sometimes it takes awhile of jumping different updates. Especially up to 5.6.1 right now. Other times it depends on your wifi. You need to make sure you are connected to the 2.4ghz one and not 5G. Unless you are on a mesh system then okay.
