Take time to do something that doesn't serve yourself. The National Blood Bank of Zimbabwe is in need of blood donors to supply the high demand in our country. If you are able to, please make a trip to any one of their stations. I promise you'll have a good time :)

Hello from the UK! I have been a donor for 9 years and I donated blood 4 days ago. I'd love to visit Africa one day and also even donate blood while I'm there!
