Dr. Stanley Monsef is one of the most sweet, kind, loving person I have ever known. World famous architect and a dear friend. Worked with him in Las Vegas, NV. He taught me so very much and he was allways so generous and we had many lunches together. I loved helping him in his work in HOA management. He is a dear friend and I admire him greatly! Can not ever say enough about him. Unassuming and vastly brilliant!! Wonderful world he created! “The gap of tolerance” was his theme throughout his work on Kish. How very appropriate! Goes to show how one man can help many and in doing so leave a lasting influence.
I worked on Kish Island in 1978, evacuating from the island in early 1979 (by ship) Gray MacKenzie were my employers (part of the Inchcape group, where my father was a director) This film bought back many memories. A poignant piece. Matthew McKaig.
Interesting! Yes, they were but I am not sure if they were ever used. Perhaps in a small way for a test season in 1977/78(?) There was a plan to bring out (from the UK) several hundred Ladbrookes employees but events overtook this plan! Nice to hear from you. Regards, Matthew
Matthew McKaig thanks for the answer Matthew! Iran really stands out imagine iran with a lovely kish resort with casinos surely we would be the most unique with casinos im pretty sure casinos cant be found anywhere else in the middle east.
