Just for everyone if they are wanting to play this the game is actually Police Simulator: Patrol Officers not Patrol Duty. Patrol Duty is a very buggy and cheap imitation.

The reason you got points deducted for towing the car in the taxi zone is because it is says it is a taxi on the bottom of the license plate. It’s the same with handicapped parking spots.
