Bringing up the Emmett Till Anti-Lynching Act is utterly repulsive and despicable. The woman responsible was alive and could have been held accountable, yet authorities protected her, funded her relocation, and avoided prosecution despite knowing she lied, resulting in the loss of a child's life. Both parties have no credibility to advocate for justice for Emmett Till, as they could have pursued it long ago.
