He was right about this apartment feeling like a hotel room. A very dated one at that. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I wouldn't want to spend $8mil to feel like I'm living in a hotel room. If this were 2005, maybe my opinion of the place would be different. Especially that kitchen, I'm sorry, but to me it was hideous from the counter-tops, back-splash to the fact that it's so small & claustrophobic. It did have a good pantry, I'll give it that & I liked the tucked away wine fridge in the dining area. It would be a great deal if it were a 3rd of the price, bc it did have some nice views, but not that many
Why is his shirt half tucked in and half out? Is this a new trend or something?
It needs to be gutted all the cabinetry granite and flooring looks very dated.
