That's not what that little sweetie is doing. Birds that do this just like to hold hands, so to speak. Mine does. He also does it when I'm tickling his neck feathers, which makes it difficult to tickle him, lol 😊

@@doncahootithat isnt the case, my bird takes alot of time just to get used to a piece of wood in his cage, dont even talk about foreign objects with weird colors or something that does a buzz
